IAAI: insurance auction since 1982
Insurance Auto Auctions (IAAI, now IAA) is one of the two largest insurance vehicle auctions in the United States. Founded in 1982 and now part of RB Global, it specialises in vehicles written off after accidents, floods, and mechanical damage on behalf of insurance companies. Access to IAAI
Like Copart, IAAI requires a US dealer licence or participation through a licensed broker. Direct access for private individuals from Ukraine is not possible without an American dealer licence. RSAuto provides access to IAAI auctions.

What IAAI charges on top of the lot price
IAAI charges a tiered buyer fee based on the sale price, plus an internet fee for online participation and a document fee. The overall structure is similar to Copart but with different rates
